My vote goes to Freddy Krueger from the Nightmare on Elmstreet series. He's really got it all: terrifying looks (who needs a stupid mask when you look like that), a great sense of humor ("No screamin' while the bus is in motion!"), and he's got a wonderful talent for improv when it comes to stalking his prey.
